Today's Encouragement (26 September 2022)

Hello sister saints!

Glad for a new day in the Lord! I hope each of my sisters are striving on strong and courageous in the faith of Christ!

I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Galatians 2:20

I finally got a large sewing order all finished and ready to be shipped off!

Five tiered skirts and five headcoverings

Satisfying to be done! Praise God! It's such a blessing to sew biblical clothing. I appreciate the opportunity the Lord has given me to do so and I hope others are blessed!

I was just thinking the other day how thankful I am to be sewing with simple shamefaced colours now and not having to deal with people asking me to find something out of the hundreds and thousands of fabric prints and patterns available out there. I've been there, done that. But it's so freeing now! It truly is...we can get on with more important things in life than worrying about getting our clothes just right. We do it to obey the Lord of course but I was thinking I was extra thankful for that!

Cute little baby birds in the nest I saw today...

So amazing how God created the birds to build nests and how they know how to do it all!

For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the Lord; and there is none else.

Isaiah 45:18

Pretty spring grasses and flowers all around too...

Glory to God!

And thank you sister for the scriptures today...

We're so blessed to have the written Word of God aren't we! And I'm thankful.

Time for me to go but I hope all my sisters, few though you may be, are strong and not growing weary in anything! Hold fast! With the Lord there is more power on our side than the whole world! Christ is coming back victorious soon sisters!

Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.

2 Thessalonians 2:16-17

Love in Christ,

Sister Michaela
