Today's Encouragement (15 August 2022)

Hello sister saints!

God gave us all who are here reading this (and me writing it) another day to live on His earth. He is indeed a mighty Creator and is in control although man thinks he is someone too. We saints know God will put it all right one day.

Howbeit the most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands; as saith the prophet, Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool: what house will ye build me? saith the Lord: or what is the place of my rest?

Acts 7:48-49

Many lambs coming along in the flock of sheep and it's funny to watch them from the window as they run around and play together. God's creations doing what He created them to do!

I often think of how we see the world (including claimed believers) in bondage as we are rejoicing to be set free ourselves. But we know they can be too (and I'm thinking of things like birthdays, unbiblical weddings, funerals, Christmass, Easter, Sunday worship etc let alone all the other sins). But they have to want to be free and give up all false ways for Christ...but they don't seem to want to. They are slaves to sin. Christ can set them free as He has us!

Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.

Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.

Romans 6:16-18
Praise God that we are now set on God and His kingdom and righteousness first! And we must have nothing between us and Christ who we have been called to follow. We can't bring our stuff and ways with.

Thank you sister for sharing His Word!

I love that...it's so simple. We sisters definitely want to be very thankful and content!

Hold fast sisters saints...to the truth without wavering!

I leave with this scripture I love!

And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.

Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.

Revelation 15:3-4

Love in Christ,
