Today's Encouragement (7 June 2022)

Greetings sister saints!

How are you all this day?

My day has been busy but good. I come back here to share a little edifying for you. My posts may consist of bits and pieces but I do what I can and be content with that!

We must first examine our own lives mustn't we sisters as we definitely don't want to be hypocrites!

And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God? Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?

Romans 2:3-4

He is indeed very good! He is such a merciful God and we may see or hear about all the suffering in this world. And it is sad seeing the effects of sin on the world with death and suffering. But we need to remember to see all the good, the people with good health to live useful lives and the beauty in His creation that isn't marred by suffering. In this we see the mercy and longsuffering of God because we know everyone deserves death...but instead they have life! And yet sadly many use that to please themselves and they do not repent to God and give thanks to the one who hasn't destroyed them yet as they deserve. But we sisters see this and are thankful and give glory to the One who made it possible to find our way back to the Father! Praise God!

Pelican flying over...

Amazing to see such big birds flying. Nothing is impossible for God to make!

How the lambs do cold days...

Cute.

Packaging up a skirt to ship off overseas. The gospel goes with most importantly!

How long does a skirt last? Several years to 100 years? I don't know lol, depending on how it's used I guess. But the gospel if followed by obedience to Christ leads one to eternal life! And it delivers a soul from eternal destruction. How incomparable it really is! It's a priceless gift to give. Sadly most do not see it's worth nor fear their holy God who created and owns them. But we can be faithful and give them the good news!

Thank you sisters for sharing these scriptures...

I love that...it's such a precious thought about the Lord watching over us and hearing us...the righteous. But it also shows His severity against those that do evil. It gives us the fear of Him...to not do evil.

Now I pray to God that ye do no evil; not that we should appear approved, but that ye should do that which is honest, though we be as reprobates.
2 Corinthians 13:7

I love that too. It surely is a cause of rejoicing hearing of others walking in truth!

Well I must go now sisters. I have to travel again tomorrow to help my earthly sister and her two little ones. I hope to keep sharing here even if it's smaller. And I'll be thinking of you, my sisters I rejoice in who are walking in truth! Hope your days are good and you keep pressing on day after day not growing weary or giving up or in to the flesh. We shall reap a great reward if we endure! I cheer you on and keep you in my prayers!

Hold fast sisters!

Love in Christ,

Sister Michaela
