Edifying for My Sisters' Day

Hello sisters!

One more day for some encouragement and edification in the Lord! Hope your day is going well and you're standing strong holding fast in all the changes or everyday usual things of this life. We know we are not to grow weary in well doing!

But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.

Luke 8:15

Yes we definitely need much patience in this life don't we sisters!

I'm sure you all have to fight the fear of man or circumstances at times in your lives sisters. Me too, so let's look at some scriptures to encourage and strengthen us not to!

The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.

Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.

Psalm 27:1-3

I love that!

The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?

Psalm 118:6

Right sisters! If the Lord is for us who can really be against us! He is a mighty God!

I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.

Psalm 34:4

Let us go to Him for help and deliverance.

And let us fear God....

And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Matthew 10:28

Love and obey Him! If we walk in the Spirit we will be focused most on pleasing Him and what man thinks of us or could do to us becomes smaller.

I thought on my ways, and turned my feet unto thy testimonies.

I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments.

Psalm 119:59-60

(Thank you sister for sharing the scripture pictures.)

(And I think to my holy and faithful sisters scattered around the world shining where you have been called:-)

Praise the Lord for that! There can be great sufferings in Christ...but also much hope and comfort in Him who is our only hope! What a blessed life! Let us fight on in the faith! Christ is worthy and one day we shall receive a crown of life!

Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
James 1:12

Thank you sisters for sharing these scriptures today. What a precious combination; God, His Word, and His saints.

So let us walk in the fruits of the Spirit striving on as faithful servants until the end!

Goodbye until tomorrow Lord willing sisters! Or catch up with you elsewhere!

But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

Hebrews 13:16

Love to you, my godly sisters,

Sister Michaela
