Today's Encouragement (23 December 2022)

Greetings sisters!

Hope this daily post finds you enduring in the faith! And strong and joyous and at peace in the Lord!

And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.
Luke 6:31

That's a great scripture to remember. God's ways are not the ways of our flesh. But there definitely are many areas we can remember that scripture in. One that comes to mind would be in sharing the true gospel and warning of deception. That's one of the most loving things to do!

I had a busy day in various good works.

Got some sewing done for one...

And I know all my fellow Titus 2 sisters are out there diligent in many things we women occupy in!

How awesome! What a great and good God we have! And a great Redeemer!

I love that. Reminds me of them in the boat afraid of the storm...because of lack of faith.

We don't want to doubt God and His ability to protect us etc. We want to have a strong trust and faith as Abraham did too...

He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.

Romans 4:20-21

And we remember that faith is one of the pieces of our armour isn't it sisters?! The one that can quench all the fiery darts of the wicked!

What a promise! There are so many promises....not just for anyone though...but for those who OVERCOME!!!

And how do we overcome?

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Revelation 12:11

Hold fast sisters! Let's keep enduring, one day at a time! I hope all your duties go well for you and you have much patience in it all!

Today's Encouragement (22 December 2022)

Greetings sisters!

I hope each of you are standing strong in the Lord and running this race with patience.

Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
Titus 2:14

Zealous of good works!! We love to be that don't we! It is a sign of God's true people.

We don't want to be lukewarm...

So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
Revelation 3:16

It's interesting to think about the death and life in this Christian life!

I had a busy day with travel.

Kept the little two year old happy on the trip. He kept wanting me to draw dirt on this page and talk about it all. The little boys seem to love such things as tractors and trucks etc:-)

Went fabric shopping too...

Was a pretty and warm day.

More sewing coming up for me!

It's an extra busy time of year out there in the world (yes many claimed believers are the world like I used to be too) as they get ready for their flesh fest day on December 25th. But I was able to shine the light with some gospel cards and hope people repent before it's too late as the judgment is coming as it was in the Flood and for Sodom etc. But what a joy we can be laboring for the eternal!

There was a man who was playing music right outside a store door so I slipped a gospel card in his money collection on the way past. If only he knew, as we do, that that truth is far more than all the money in the entire world!

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.
Matthew 13:44

I was looking at the garden after being away for over a week. And I could see that a lot of growth had been going on.

And I was thinking how that's like us...we may not see ourselves growing each day...but if we look back at where we once were in the faith we can see much growth or at least we should! We will never stop growing and learning!

But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
Ephesians 4:15

How awesome is the love of the brethren! It can show in many ways can't it as we know true love is an action. It is more than just words. It includes caring for others and their souls and showing kindness, being hospitable, and such and we know we women have many different ways we can show that in our serving others...especially the brethren.

I love that...amen! Let us be lowly servants, poor in spirit exalting and living for our glorious Saviour!

That's an awesome scripture too! Glory to God!

Well I better go and get some rest after finishing up the rest of my work.

Today's Encouragement (21 December 2022)

Greetings sisters!

Hope you're all having a joyous and fruitful day!

I was thinking about that we are 'children of light'. That's an awesome fact to ponder isn't it?!

Be not ye therefore partakers with them.
For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:
(For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)
Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.
And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
Ephesians 5:7-11

It's amazing how clear the scriptures are that there is a huge distinction between God's people and the world, saints and sinners, believers and unbelievers, children of the Father or children of the devil, children of light and children of darkness.

Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
1 Thessalonians 5:5

Let's keep walking in the light sisters!

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
1 John 1:7

Titus 2 glimpses from my day...

I know my sisters are also occupied in similar good works!

Refreshing to see lots of green of flourishing plants in the garden, producing fruit...

And we sisters want to be flourishing and bearing much fruit in Christ!

Today's Encouragement (20 December 2022)

Greetings sister saints!

I hope you are all holding fast in the faith on this day!

For now we live, if ye stand fast in the Lord. For what thanks can we render to God again for you, for all the joy wherewith we joy for your sakes before our God;
1 Thessalonians 3:8-9

It's a joyous thing to know of saints standing fast in the Lord! I'm blessed to know some!

Some simple blessings from my day...

He provides our daily bread.

And His creation is peaceful and good...

There is still much to refresh in even in a dark and wicked world that is soon going to be judged.

My godly sisters are refreshing for sure!

For they have refreshed my spirit and yours: therefore acknowledge ye them that are such.
1 Corinthians 16:18

We are indeed truly rich in Him!

Blessed be His name!

So many blessings we have in Him that we do not deserve!

Amen...all unto Him! He is worthy! And we are called to walk worthy of Him striving to be blameless and spotless and separated unto Him!

Today's Encouragement (19 December 2022)

Greetings sisters!

I'm dropping by again briefly! It's been a long and busy but good day. Hope all my sisters are enduring all the things there are to endure in this life in Christ!

I share some scripture picture gifts from sisters. Thank you:-)

That is a special peace only He can give! And a comfort that we aren't to let our heart be troubled or afraid.

I know my sisters are willing workers!! Good works you all do!

How beautiful is His creation! He is indeed worthy to be praised with our whole heart! And we know we praise Him with our lives of obedience too.

He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?

Micah 6:8

I love that! Our God loves justice and mercy...let us be that way too. And we know we ourselves have been made to go free because our Saviour suffered unjustly. Let us be merciful to each other.

Well I must go but I hope you're standing strong and keeping going through all things not growing weary or discouraged!

Today's Encouragement (18 December 2022)

Greetings sisters!

Here's another day to share some edification in this day we have to serve the Lord!

Thank you sister for this scripture picture gift...

What a great love that is indeed...and we are to have it towards...the brethren.

In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
1 John 4:9

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.
John 15:13-14

God's ways are far above man's ways! He is such a good God because He's offered us so much more than we could ever deserve, in His Son. Let us follow Him to receive this great gift of eternal life if we endure to the end!

I share some creations from my evening walk after a warm day. So beautiful it was.

For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the Lord; and there is none else.
Isaiah 45:18

Spot the tadpole in this one...

Amazing the life cycle of a frog that God made them to have! Man can't come close to making something like that even (of course)!

Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but unto thy name give glory, for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake.
Psalm 115:1

Thine, O Lord, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O Lord, and thou art exalted as head above all.

Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
Revelation 4:11

Much glory to the Creator for it all! He is worthy to be praised!

My day is over...so it's time for me to rest for another day to serve the Lord in good works! And I hope whatever time it is where you are that you're seeking God's kingdom first!

Today's Encouragement (17 December 2022)

Greetings in love to my sister saints!

I hope each of you are strong in the Lord on this day! And what a blessing to be able to keep striving and if we fail one minute we can do better the next! We don't give up doing our best to walk in all His ways! We know we must endure until the end to be saved!

What a great God of hope we serve!

Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
Romans 15:13

Abounding in hope...yes we are!

For this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God endure grief, suffering wrongfully.
1 Peter 2:19

All things are His...that helps put man in his place doesn't it. If only more knew that then there wouldn't be so much pride.

Bean harvesting (with my niece and nephew) today...

Good blessings the Lord grew from the ground to feed mankind! (and nice getting some cute help with picking and shelling from the 3 year old niece and some smiles and happy screeches from the little 5 month old nephew to give extra joy to the whole process lol!)

Well sister saints I guess that's it from me for today. Keep striving hard after our Lord and His righteousness sisters, not growing weary in it all!

He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the Lord.

Today's Encouragement (16 December 2022)

Hello to my godly sisters!

I hope you're strong in faith today!

A sister was sharing how it's so rare and she hadn't seen it before the unity and one mind that is amongst the true brethren. What a blessing to have one mind in the Lord!

Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;
Philippians 1:27

Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.
Philippians 2:2

Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:
1 Peter 3:8

Praise God for the Spirit who leads us to having one mind as we know there's only one truth! And of course we sisters can have liberty in things like the exact colour of clothing we choose (within shamefaced bounds of course) and what we do in how we keep our homes etc. But yet everything still is under the wisdom and guidance of the Lord's ways so really there is no area of our lives that isn't affected by obedience to the Lord! We are His servants...and gladly so! He sure can tell us what to do...we want to know and don't want to rebel do we.

And there's so much edifying amongst the saints I know and I sometimes share a scripture or two from the many that get shared daily. But I love this one as it shows a servants heart and a heart of giving to others not being selfish.

And we have such an example in our Saviour don't we...He gave His very own life!

Do all things without murmurings and disputings: That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom...

Philippians 2:14-15

Amen we can all shine brightly where we are as it's dark wherever we are spiritually. But we can, like the children of Israel, have light in us (our 'dwellings'!) and we get to shine it into the darkness. And we also are to be salt too aren't we. 🧂🕯

Yes we want to be good examples no matter how young or old we may be. Others are watching and we don't want to bring reproach upon His holy name do we.

Another one the Lord gave us on this earth to chose whom we will serve! Let us serve Him amen sisters!
