Scripture and Creation Edification

Greetings sister saints who love the Lord!

Rejoice we get one more day to live for the Lord (and one more not living for ourselves and the world and satan)!

Today I am sharing a selection of scriptures and beautiful creation pictures/videos. Glory to God for both!

I love this scripture!

Then had the churches rest throughout all Judaea and Galilee and Samaria, and were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied.

Acts 9:31

They were edified, walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost!

And this is a precious scripture too...

That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,

May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;

And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

Ephesians 3:17-19

But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.

Hebrews 3:6

Amen sisters! Let us hold fast the confidence and rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end!!

For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;

Hebrews 3:14

Abide in Christ the vine sisters!

Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

John 15:4

We are hopeless and fruitless outside of Him!

I sometimes think of this scripture...

And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost. But the word of God grew and multiplied.

Acts 12:23-24

Let us give God all the glory sisters. We know how much He hates pride and idolatry. He is worthy!

And don't let anyone tell you you are prideful for obeying all of God's commandments either. It is just our duty and reasonable service amen sisters. And we can't do it without Him so all the glory to Him for His holy ways and that He gives us the power and Spirit to obey His Word.

For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God toward you. Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

2 Corinthians 13:4-5

And peaceful creation views...

(It's funny but you can hear messages from a sister on the other side of the world coming in. It's such a blessing to have connections even though we are alone and seperated around the world in many cases. She was sending her Titus 2 duties, so that's nice too:-)

And I cleaned the kitchen window...

Which means I can wash dishes and see God's beautiful creation much better:-)

Cleaning and washing things reminds me of the cleansing power of Christ.

And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

Revelation 1:5

And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

1 Corinthians 6:11

Praise God sisters! We never could clean ourselves up enough without Christ! Now let us strive to walk worthy of the precious gift He gave in cleansing us from sin.

More pretty flowers near the washing line...

And I had to go for a drive (to pick up my mum from a town) but I had to stop and take a quick video of this pretty farm and sunset scene! Glory to God

OK sisters...I shall go now! I hope each of you are striving on over all those things we must in this life in Christ! Keep pressing through it all! We have to endure this short life but one day we shall rest from it all if we overcome right to the end.

Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Philippians 3:13-14

Love in Christ our Saviour!
