Scripture Picture Edification

Greetings in the Lord sisters!

How are you today? I hope you are strong and pressing on over all things, standing on the truth in God's Word.

Today I share some simple edification for you sisters. We see in scripture that everything we do is to be unto edifying and of course godly in our ways and so there is a variety of ways we can share and encourage each other in the faith.

I love this scripture...

Amen! The Lord is our desire and we love and seek Him first.

"And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:

And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these."

Mark 12:29-31

And some bird creation pictures I took today.

"Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against thee: I am God, even thy God.

I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices or thy burnt offerings, to have been continually before me.

I will take no bullock out of thy house, nor he goats out of thy folds.

For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills.

I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine.

If I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof.

Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats?

Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High:

And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me."

Psalm 50:7-15

(Thank you sister for this picture:-)

Lord willing I shall be back here tomorrow.

Strive on sister soldiers!

"Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier."

2 Timothy 2:3-4

Love to you in Christ,
