Greetings sister saints!
Our Lord reigns on this day! He is Lord of lords and King of kings! Every knee shall bow to Him one day.
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
Philippians 2:10-12
May we strive to be found of Him in peace in that great day.
Just sharing this psalm too as it's a nice picture and I like that about there being no complaining in the streets.
Rid me, and deliver me from the hand of strange children, whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood:
That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; that our daughters may be as corner stones, polished after the similitude of a palace:
That our garners may be full, affording all manner of store: that our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our streets:
That our oxen may be strong to labour; that there be no breaking in, nor going out; that there be no complaining in our streets.
Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy is that people, whose God is the LORD.
Psalm 144:11-15
Truly living after God's ways are good! What an amazing world we would have if everyone did live by His ways! But sadly it is after the flesh and sin, and it's horrible in many cases. But sometimes it can be surprising that there is still some common decency in people and perhaps that is a witness to the conscience God has put in everyone. I think of what the Word describes the times before the Flood as and it must have been really bad when all of man's thoughts were only evil continually and the earth was corrupt and filled with violence. Yes we see a lot of that today but there still is some who believe in living 'moral and good' lives though they aren't following Christ. But the darkness is growing greatly no doubt and our Lord's return is coming closer! Let us keep watching and being faithful.
I was pondering on the word and concept of being upright lately so I share some scriptures on it in an audio for a change. His Word is always edifying and we must walk uprightly as well.

I know also, my God, that thou triest the heart, and hast pleasure in uprightness. As for me, in the uprightness of mine heart I have willingly offered all these things: and now have I seen with joy thy people, which are present here, to offer willingly unto thee.1 Chronicles 29:17
Better is the poor that walketh in his uprightness, than he that is perverse in his ways, though he be rich.Proverbs 28:6
The highway of the upright is to depart from evil: he that keepeth his way preserveth his soul.Proverbs 16:17
The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight.Proverbs 15:8
There's more scriptures on it but that's enough for now for us to ponder on and get the context of it and see some of the blessings of it too! Let us be upright sisters, as our Lord is upright!
