Fried Fish

Hello Titus 2 sisters!

Today I'm sharing a fish recipe. Well it's kind of just a 'how to' as well or something but hopefully it can be helpful. I know it's a simple process but sometimes harder than it looks or at least there's things to do to make it work which I only just learned. Good to have it here too in case I forget! (I use my own blog for recipes too!)

This is the coating I put on them first (which is for about ten pieces of fish).

1/3 cup rice flour
1/4 cup tapioca starch (could use cornflour too)
1 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Mix together and coat fish with it.

Important points are to make sure the fish are unthawed fully. Dry the fish thoroughly with a paper towel before coating them in the flour and seasoning mix. Make sure the oil in the pan is starting to smoke before you add them. Well I think that last point is most important if you are not using a non stick frying pan like I am. But if you do it this way it acts like a non stick one. But anyway I'm sure you can figure out the rest of how to cook them! But hope this helps somehow!

As soon then as they were come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid thereon, and bread.

Jesus saith unto them, Bring of the fish which ye have now caught.

Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken.

Jesus saith unto them, Come and dine. And none of the disciples durst ask him, Who art thou? knowing that it was the Lord.

Jesus then cometh, and taketh bread, and giveth them, and fish likewise.

This is now the third time that Jesus shewed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead.
