Godly greetings to my sisters in Christ!
One more day to patiently endure and overcome in! I was thinking how we humans have to take and do one thing at a time. Well we may be able to do a few things at once at best but the Lord can do all things at once. But we just press on in our humbleness before His greatness. All we have to care about really is today. So let's focus in the day we have and do our best in it!
Frosty morning...
There's so very much variety in His creations! Even from day to day at one place and let alone all around the world! So amazing...to His glory!
Got to see pretty clouds and sun as I traveled too.
Thankful for safe travels. So now some different works for me! But I'll be back here Lord willing!
I got to listen to quite a lot of scriptures on my travels. It really is just so needed we live by every word of God and not man. I think the more ministry you do the more you need to be in the Word as there's so many opinions and beliefs of all sorts out there. And you have to hold so fast to the truth but you also need to be ready to change if you have something wrong. And to be sure there's things I know we may never know dogmatically and we have to be good with that and not try to add to His Word but accept He knows and trust in Him. And do with zeal and boldness what you do know is true! Praise God we can know the gospel...Jesus Christ and follow after Him through faith and obedience to the end!
What then? notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice.Philippians 1:18
We can rejoice when our precious and holy Saviour is preached or shared or however we do it. And of course that's if it's the true Saviour.
For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:1 Peter 3:18
The just for the unjust...that's just something worth pondering and keeping in mind always. We don't deserve what He did and offers...but we see the love and goodness so we can come to Him to find help!
Let us keep searching the scriptures as the noble Bereans did...daily and receive the Word with all readiness of mind.
And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews.
These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.
Therefore many of them believed; also of honourable women which were Greeks, and of men, not a few.
Acts 17:10-12
Strive on sister soldier saints! Hold fast to the one true faith once delivered!
