Today's Encouragement (14 November 2022)


Greetings sisters!

A new day in the Lord is here! 

I share my morning hot chocolate with a reminder that 'the joy of the Lord is our strength'! 

(hot chocolate made of raw cacao powder, stevia, water, and milk...good healthy blessings:-) 

Judge me, O Lord; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in the Lord; therefore I shall not slide. 

Examine me, O Lord, and prove me; try my reins and my heart. 

For thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in thy truth.

Psalm 26:1-3
His loving-kindness is great! What a blessing we get to serve such a great and holy God! 


Nice cold day for working in the garden... 


Good to see the veggies growing bigger! Harvest coming if all goes well! 

More sewing work too... 


Nice to have that to do in between all the other work that needs to be done. 


I took the lamb with on a walk after I fed it and it made me laugh how close it was staying to me... 


Of course it made me think of how we should stay so close to our Saviour...our Shepherd! 

For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.
1 Peter 2:25

Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, 

Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Hebrews 13:20-21

Reminds me of scriptures such as this... 

And when he would not be persuaded, we ceased, saying, The will of the Lord be done. 

Acts 21:14

And we sisters too want to be submitted to the Lord's will. And that may not be what our flesh wants at all! But we love our Lord and know He knows best and all things work for good for those who love Him. Let's keep trusting Him like the holy women of old! 

But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price. 

For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands:

1 Peter 3:4-5


Sunset view out my window as I work on this post... 


It means my day is almost done! And the sun is coming over to you sisters on the other side of the world! And you'll be working diligently in your day I know! All around the world the saints are labouring for their Saviour until He comes! Hold fast sisters and keep fighting the good fight of faith! Lord willing I'll be back tomorrow and have the sun with light to work while you rest up! And the cycle continues...until the Lord is all the light we need one day in the new heaven and earth!
