How are you? I'm back here sharing some edification for my sisters!
Our soul waiteth for the Lord: he is our help and our shield.

Amen I love that. It's all about Him! He is good to His people!
It was a nice misty morning and I went for a walk in the rain...
God's creations are awesome and we get to partake of the 'fruit' that protects the seeds inside!
So today I made my first pumpkin pie...
It's not something that is common over here in Australia.
Some of you sisters in the US will be happy about that! I made it for you. Well as best I could and you could have some if I really could give it to you. But we share how we can!

There's enough for all you saints I know and then some. Perhaps that's for your children too sister (the sister that I know who has children to raise in the Lord...you know who you are:-)
Praise God for good food and fellowship in the Lord. The focus is definitely not the food though because there's much more too it than that of course!
And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.
Acts 2:46-47
I love that! With one accord and with singleness of heart...some awesome qualities that we see so rare today! But a blessing in those I know and are in close fellowship with.
Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:
1 Peter 3:8
There's something else I wanted to share too...about giving out the gospel as women. A delivery man came to the door today with something of the family's and I was home alone. So I got to give him a gospel card for which I was glad! It's so rare that anyone delivers things right to the door out here in the country. So praise God how He allows things to be!
But the other lesson I wanted to share was about us women because we headcover and it is part of our biblical clothing and who we are as godly women in covering our glory and being obedient etc. But today when the delivery came I had just washed my hair and didn't have it dry and covered yet. So what could I do! Well I have a jacket that has a hood on it so I grabbed that and used that as a headcovering. Because it can take awhile trying to get hair up and covered so that was such a blessing. And I've been thinking I want to be prepared at all times and have something like that around always just in case. Or maybe a big scarf easily accessible that can be used in seconds with the hair down.
Kind of funny sharing all that but just maybe it can help any of you sisters to have something like that ready in case of need! But you probably do too and maybe have some other ideas.
And also knowing where your gospel cards are at all times. Mine are in my phone so I usually know where that is! Well I have a few in there and some bigger stashes elsewhere. But anyway we can do what we can do to be prepared and God can use us.
Well I must go. Hope you're all standing strong in the Lord sisters! Lord willing I will be back here with something to share tomorrow! I don't always know what but even if it's one scripture that would be good too! Hold fast to Christ sisters! And rejoice in Him!
